Available in two models. The Home Standard Model is a portable, at-home system of elastic exercise bands that conveniently attaches to a door and helps improve posture and back pain. It uses simple, pain-free exercises to help enhance thoracolumbar spine and pelvic performance, improve posture and reduce back pain. The Home Model Lite is a less resistive version of the Home Model Standard system, ideal for geriatric, arthritic patients or patients with acute low-back pain.
