Our Guarantee
All warranties cover the durability of the product, outside of normal patient wear and tear.

Spinal Pelvic Stabilizers –

1. Guaranteed for 1 year from the shipment date, provided your patients follow the 45-day break-in period.
2. The break-in period is important because oftentimes our product requires time for patients to become accustomed to the new support. That’s because as the body is brought back into balance, patients may begin to use some muscles that haven’t been working efficiently. This can result in tight or weak muscles and as those muscles begin to work properly, there can be an initial period of soreness or fatigue.
3. All Stabilizers with a Lambson Leather™ top carry a 2-year warranty on the top only. This covers cracking and/or peeling under normal wear. (First year has the normal Stabilizer warranty, second year on leather top only.)

Shoes and Sandals – Guaranteed for 30 days. (Shoes must be free from
all signs of wear.)

Exclusively Yours® and EY® Travler Custom-Made Pillows – Guarantee
for 2 years.

Cervical Support Pillows – 1-year guarantee on product performance.

Rehab Equipment – 1-year guarantee on product performance.
