Foot Levelers was honored to be the subject of a recent review on the award-winning parenting blog Mami of Multiples.
Contributor Niki Lazenby wrote that “one week into wearing my Fiji custom orthotic flip-flops, I can honestly see a huge improvement in my level of back pain!”
In addition to Fiji–which Niki calls her “new favorite pair of flip-flops”–Niki tried running in our XP3 custom orthotics.
“I felt like I was running on clouds!” she wrote.
Not only is Niki a sufferer of Chronic Low Back Pain, she is mom to an energetic toddler. She also has one “on the way”: Niki was seven months pregnant when we first met her at a Florida Chiropractic event!
We love great reviews, but the best part of working with Niki is knowing that we helped her break the cycle of pain . Niki had “tried everything,” but it was Foot Levelers plus Chiropractic adjustments that gave her the relief she sought.
Niki is living proof of the power of 40.4.

Check out some of these recent testimonials…
“I was having knee problems, my Chiropractor suggested Foot Levelers and my pain is gone! Worth every dime and recently bought my daughter a set.” –Melissa Williams
“I wouldn’t be able to walk without mine! Worth every dime. I have scoliosis and a bulging disc in my neck and plantar fasciitis in my feet! I don’t know what I’d do without my Foot Levelers! Thank you.” –Bobbi Reese Morgan
“I have scoliosis and have been in pain for at least 30 years. I purchased the inserts and flip flops. The inserts can be used in all my shoes and the flip flops are worn 90% of the time in the summer. Foot levelers are heaven sent. They are invaluable in keeping my hips and spin in alignment and are worth every penny I’ve spent.” –Georgianna Lund
Thanks, folks! We’re honored to serve you… Please keep the feedback coming!
Check out this testimonial from Dr. Charlie Flood in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Dr. Charlie “walks the walk” of healthy support–meaning he doesn’t just recommend Foot Levelers to his patients, he wears them himself!
Foot Levelers can help you get back in the game of life and healthy activity, like running. Here’s how we helped Dr. Charlie:
“The latest person to take advantage of our office’s Foot Levelers’ special? ME!
In an ‘I’m not only the doctor, I’m also a patient’ type story, having flat feet (arguably flatter than the floor), I’ve been wearing orthotics for over 15 years now dating back to when I first started chiropractic college in the fall of 2002.
Back then, I had dealt with lower back pain off and on that I largely wrote off to the normal aches and soreness that came with playing sports most of my life to that point. But ever since I began wearing my orthotics, in conjunction with getting adjusted, my back pain has been practically non-existent!
I had my light bulb moment, solidifying the connection between my back and my feet when after wearing my orthotics pretty regularly at that point, I spent a day in flat (non-Foot Levelers) flip-flops – and paid for it later! That drove home the importance to me of having the proper support for my feet for the stabilization of the rest of my body.
It’s part of the reason why I always look to the feet in each of our new patients who come in to see if their feet are contributing to their back pain. Each time also, to show them that I practice what I preach here at the office, I always take one of my shoes off to show them the orthotic I have in my own shoes to help ensure, the proper balance, support, alignment and long-term health of my body, spine and pelvis.
The orthotics that I ordered was Foot Levelers’ XP3+ model, geared towards athletes and performance. Having gotten back into running the past three months now, I was curious to see how they would feel.
After a few runs in them, I’m happy to report that they’re extremely comfortable and provide a lot of support that you can feel not only running, but just in walking in them. I’m very impressed that such a slim and light orthotic provides as much cushioning and support that it does. I highly recommend them!”
Thanks, Dr. Charlie! We’re honored to be part of your fitness journey!
We love to hear from folks who have gotten better, faster, stronger, more pain-free-er using our custom orthotics. Here’s what Heather from Maple Grove, Minnesota shared with us last week:
“For years I suffered on and off with plantar fasciitis. Last fall it was so severe that I had to stop exercising because I was in so much pain. People told me to try custom orthotics, but I never did because I didn’t think they would help me. I finally tried over-the-counter orthotics but they didn’t help at all. After suffering for so many years, I finally decided I would try custom orthotics by Foot Levelers. Wow! What a difference they have made! I no longer wake up in the morning with heel pain. I can go running once again! I’ve also used the FootWheel which has been a tremendous help! The combination of the custom orthotics and the FootWheel have made such a difference in my life!”
We received this great message from Dr. Amy Olson in Birmingham, Michigan about her marathon-running patient!
“One of my most memorable patients, an avid runner, suffered from knee and shin pain when I first saw her. The runner was forced to abandon her goals of marathon events but one day said, ‘Forget this!,’ and made an appointment to see me, determined to run in the 2010 Chicago marathon.
She suffered from two very common problems: pelvic torsion, causing a leg-length discrepancy, and the inability to maintain the arches of her feet in a weight-bearing position. Both of these conditions are extremely common and can lead to problems such as: plantar fasciitis, shin splints, patellar tracking dysfunction (knee pain), low back pain, upper back pain, neck pain, and even headaches. For a runner these problems can become magnified due to the extreme stress on the joints of the spine, legs and feet.
I began my patient on a treatment plan of chiropractic adjustments targeting the spine and feet, stretching, massage therapy, and Foot Levelers functional orthotics. Once the pain was under control, my patient continued to see me once per week for the months leading up to the marathon. On the big day, my patient finished the marathon without a hitch.”
Thanks Dr. Amy! We’re glad we could help.
